Francis Cluley is a relatively rare Georgian, British surgical instrument maker and was in business from around 1810 to 1830.

Identical saws are depicted in Elizabeth Bennion’s book Antique Medical Instruments p.20 and Francis Cluley is cited on p.311 as a UK Surgical Instrument Maker from 1813 to 1827 with “no trace after 1837.”
