Beautiful Antique Haeomorrhoid Amputation Forceps Medical Instrument from the 1800’s/Civil War period, polished steel and natural blades. No signature or engravings. These forceps were used to grasp the haeomorrhoid between its blades which would strangulate the blood supply causing it to drop off. Wonderful original finish with great patina, showing nice history. Excellent condition. 9.5 inches long.
