Made of wood and hand painted. The condition is very good for its age. There are 2 drill holes where the sign was mounted on the wall. I was told there was a picture of the doctor in the middle of the sign that was removed when the sign was taken down.

The story was once this hung in a doctor’s office in East Meadow, New York. The office is no longer there.
