An Original Letter from Chief Surgeon John WS Gouley, with US Army Hospital Central Park letterhead, Oct 17, 1863 to the Commander of I Company, 64th New York Volunteers, requesting the pay account for patient Sergeant William Spaker of the 64th NY. 1p 8 x 11″ ptd/ink, single sheet letter with reverse stamped & addressed.
